If you wish to submit a complaint, you must do so in writing as soon as possible after the point of complaint arose.

The complaint must set out the subject of the complaint, for example, lack of disbursement or incorrect rights distribution. You should also enclose any information relevant to the complaint so that we can handle the complaint as swiftly and efficiently as possible.

We respond to all complaints in writing within four weeks of receipt as far as possible.
